Is there a minimum order amount?

For in stock product there is no minimum amount, if the item you want to purchase is custom then you must contact a sales associated for minimum order amounts.

Do you accept Credit Cards?

Yes, we accept Visa and MasterCard.

How does the product get shipped?

We have established agreements with transportation companies that deliver the product to you for the most cost effective delivery prices or you can arrange your own transportation.

Can I pick up the product at your warehouse?

Yes, any item maybe picked up at our location during regular business hours, which are Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 p.m.

When will my order be processed?

Orders for product that are in-stock are typically processed within 24 hours. Custom products delivery times will vary call a sales associate for quotes.

How will I know if my order went through?

As long as you provide a valid email address and phone number, once your order is successfully processed you will receive an email confirmation with your order number on it.

What should I do if I have difficulty placing my order on-line?

Do you have a showroom?

We have samples of the majority of the racks that have been built at our office location at 102 Metro Dr. Terrell, TX 75160. We do not have a traditional showroom but we always welcome customers to come visit our facility and meet with our staff to discuss your project.
