• FOB Terrell, Texas
• Payment terms net 30 days unless otherwise stated for open accounts.
• Open accounts will be established once satisfactory credit references are confirmed.
• Quotations are good for 60 days.
• Freight carriers will be chosen by Renfro Industries, Inc. unless specifiied on P.O.
• Minimum order $150.00 net. At our option a $20.00 service charge will be added for orders less than minimum.
• Freight claims, damages, or missing goods are the responsibility of the customer and all claims and paper work are to be filed by the customer.
• Return merchandise is subject to a 25% restocking fee, plus freight charges, and is subject to inspection upon return.
• All merchandise must have a Return Goods Authorization form to assure proper credit.
• Only standard catalog items will be considered for return.
• No returns will be accepted for modified or custom items.
